Customer Review: Shipping disaster - nice product

The first time this item arrived at our house the package was destroyed and obviously the parts inside were too. We refused that package and had a new one sent to us. The second package was in slightly better condition, though upon opening it the top piece was broken. We contacted Million Dollar Baby and they sent a new top in several days. After it was put together it looks great, but needed some extra support, so we bought some extra brackets to attach it to the combo dresser and feel it's pretty secure with the extra support. We're glad we have it but feel like we went through a lot to get it.
