I got this item almost a year ago for my then 4 year old after seeing it's high marks from the IIHS last year (listed as a top pick for booster seats). It's compact, durable, comfortable and has served us well. We use it in our second car and for traveling (our now 5 year old still uses his Britax Frontier 5 point harness for everyday).
