This is a great item for helping soothe baby and get her to sleep. My daughter especially likes the rain sound and it is very helpful that it plays for 45 minutes-long enough to get her into a deep sleep! It velcro's on to the crib or car seat so you can take it with you anywhere. Customer Review: there are not enough stars for this item!

My baby is 2 months old and was being cranky because he got his first shots yesterday. my eddie bauer crib vibrator quickly stopped working correctly but since until now he had been sleeping just fine i didnt think it mattered anymore. tonight it did, and even though i was skeptical of the sleep sheep because it didnt have a vibrator, it has won my utter devotion! he went from screaming to sleeping in a few minutes!Customer Review: sleepy sheep

This item was purchased as a gift for a baby shower. It was a big hit! My grandson who is three years old received a Sleep Sheep as a gift when he was a baby, and it put him to sleep every night. It is so cute and cuddly, and the nature sounds are so soothing! It is perfect for helping a little one nod off for a nap or at bedtime. I bought this item for my son when he was about four and a half months old. He has been sleeping in our room because he has a hard time self-soothing himself without scratching. I was hoping it would make the transition easier, but he's still getting used to the "white noise" background. I really like that there are two different timers, and that there are four different sounds to choose from. My son seems to like the rain and ocean sounds the best. The whale sounds seem to make him jump. I think the Sleeping Sheep was helpful, but it takes some getting used to for some little ones.
