Customer Review: sad & disappointing

Research, research, research. Daughter fell in love with booster seat. Hunted Clek Oobr down. Fought with it for several hours. Also bought two Olli boosters for supporting cars (older cars, installation no problem).
The Clek Oobr does not fit in the GMC Acadia. Point blank. If the year matters, mine is a 2009. I'm writing this review for any other Acadia families, because a review like mine could've saved me soooooo much time & money. Contacted company, they confirmed that this seat is "not a good fit" for my vehicle. This make & model of vehicle is hugely popular where I live, caters to families & marketed to active families. A late model, $40,000 car that limits your options?!?!? Aggravating!
I think it's more frustrating because all the reviews rave about the ease of installation-a person could drive themselves crazy.
Maybe my beef lies with GMC...either way, good luck.
