Customer Review: My nine month old loves it!

My wife and I first looked at Babies R Us in Austin for a walker but they did not have much of a selection (and they were more expensive than the Chico DJ baby walker on Amazon). As expected, my nine month old son loves the Chico DJ baby walker. We have hardwood floors and he loves cruising around the house checking out different rooms. He gets going pretty fast and often runs in to things but the plastic bumper absorbs most of the impact. The walker is small enough so he can turn around in a small area - he figured out quickly how to go in reverse if he can't turn it around. The Chicco DJ Baby Walker is clearly the best traditional baby walker on the market. That being said, it is still a traditional, old style baby walker. These kinds of baby walkers can lead to serious injuries to a child. The Chicco DJ baby walker, like other traditional baby walkers, is illegal to buy, sell, or trade in Canada. The American Academy of Pediatrics has called for a ban on these types of baby walkers. I bought this walker for my 3 1/2 mth. old niece that loves to stand! She wanted to be held up to stand all the time so I purchased this walker. She loves it! The tray with the lights and sounds is awesome! She can make them go all by herself and stays amused for a long while doing so. The adjustable height is good. She is 4 months old now and can make the walker move without assistance. Also, the colors are beautiful. It is very girly! I love the hot pink! In the picture it did look red to me, but I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend this item to everyone and would buy it again as a gift!Customer Review: baby loves it

This walker is great--my baby uses it all the time. we got it when she was 4 mo. because she ALWAYS wanted to stand, but couldn't find a walker that sat low enough. we rigged it with boxes so she could stand anyway until she got big enough. It's pretty easy to clean, too. I guess my only problem was with the little keyboard. she has always drooled so much it ended up that two of the "keys" stopped working. Would've been nice if they could've made that part easier to clean, and not so easy for liquids to penetrate. Aside from that, a good investment. I'm sure she'll use it for many more months.Customer Review: Love it!

My 5 month old loves his walker. It has enough little gadgets on the keyboard to keep him entertained. My 2 year old will still jump in and play in it sometimes. I love it because when I need to get things done around the house, I simply put him in and he's content. And the bumpers under the walker are awesome. When we're out on our front porch the bumpers keep him from going over the side. He gets to the edge of the porch and that's as far as the bumpers will allow him to go. What's great is we can take it with us anywhere we go. It collapses so it fits in the car. This is a great walker. Love it!
