Customer Review: Great! Worth every penny

I bought this for my son in December when he was 4 months..some thought i was crazy for putting him in there so young but he LOVES it..he took about 2 weeks of getting used to how to manuever but once he got the hang of it, he no longer sits still..he needs to always be on the move.
The walker itself is pretty solid and well built. It folds up nicely for easy storage and transport.
The rubber breaks on it work pretty well..seems like a change in floors (even about 1/4 inch) seems to trigger the breaking.
But that being said, i still ALWAYS make sure the basement door is closed/locked before i put him in there and i never leave him in the walker when he's upstairs onthe second floor.
My first floor is one smooth level of hardwood he the walker rolls smoothly, however it gets stuck on the small area rugs we have. I don't think it would work well on carpeted flooring especially the really plush kind.
Customer Review: Almost Perfect

I recently bought this for my daughter (6m) and she really seems to like it. The only problem is that despite the several settings for height she still can't reach the floor at the lowest level. She's 26in (50th percentile) and she has to stand on her tippy toes to reach the ground. She loves the "DJ Center" and will play with it for quite a while, much longer than she will in her bouncer (which she also can't reach the bottom of). I put a coffee table book under her feet so she can stand but I think in another month or so she'll probably be able to use it a little better.
I also like how lightweight this product is, I've taken it over to my parents' house with me so she can use is while there. We're moving out of state soon and I know that it will be easy to take this product with us and pack it at the last minute.
Overall, I really like this product and can't wait until she can properly use it.
Customer Review: Nice walker but not for spitty baby

I purchased this walker because of my past experience with Chicco products. Overall it is a great walker -- well made, easy to assemble and nice to look at.
My only complaint is that it is not made with a spitty baby in mind. It has too many crevices on the tray top, including where the seat and tray come together, for spit up to get trapped. I read a previous review concerning the activity toy with spitty babies (due to it being ruined if spit up gets into it) so we have kept it off the tray. Our baby can only play with it if we are holding him on our lap and the toy in front of him, away from spit up. Maybe when he gets older and doesn't spit up anymore, we can give him the toy all the time.
If your baby does not spit up, I would highly recommend this walker. If your baby is a spitter, I would recommend a different walker with no crevices in the tray area.
Customer Review: Horrible Customer Support

We have had horrible experiences dealing with Chicco's customer service department. We were simply missing one of the accoutrement pieces to our item. First they emailed back and said that they were out and couldn't help, then they emailed and asked for pictures, verifying documents, and serial numbers / control numbers. Two months after beginning our conversations with them we are still no closer to getting anything than when we started.
I think Chicco is all about selling you something without support, which is much different than our experience with other manufacturers of baby products. We think it is important that the company that sells us something keeps their promises and supports parents the best that they can to make sure that their children are safe and comfortable. Chicco is not a company that lives up to that standard.
Customer Review: My daughter's favorite activity!!

My 5 1/2 month daughter absolutely loves this walker!!! The music is great and she loves being able to stand up and hang out with everyone! We bought this when she was just over 4 months and she was a little too small then. Now it's a perfect fit, and will be able to grow with it. There are two adjustable heights to choose from! We have some many toys for her (bouncers, activity play center (lay down), activity play center (jumper)) and this is definitely her favorite one!!! There are so many catchy tunes and lights to keep her entertained. The wheels actually roll with ease on both tile and carpet.
I chose to buy this one after reading reviews on walkers, and I know I made a great purchase.
I would recommend the splash for girls, and the sea dreams for boys. I just purchased the sea dreams for my baby boy cousin! :)
