Customer Review: Son LOVED it, but tray insert went bad.

We bought this walker for our son when he was about 4+ months old. He wasn't quite tall enough yet, but my "handyman" of a husband put some stops in the track to lower it a little. Please understand that our son was holding his head up at birth, which is the only reason we felt comfortable enough putting him in this so early on. Otherwise I would recommend waiting until your child is stable enough before putting him / her into this. Our son spent everyday in his walker sometimes for hours at a time. He loved the electronic tray insert, but after about 2 months of spit up, it shorted out and does not work anymore. We are currently trying to get a replacement from Chicco, but no word yet. Our son is now 9 months old, is pulling himself up onto EVERYTHING and is on the verge of walking. I've read all the information on how walkers are bad for babies and how they do not teach them to walk, etc., but I can't help to think that all the mobilization of the walker has helped build up the muscles in his little legs & given him confidence. Besides if he's happy chasing the dogs in a walker all day, who am I to judge. :-)Customer Review: Our baby girl absolutely LOVES this!!!!!

Like any other parents I do extensive research before purchasing items when it comes to baby products. I did come across this item earlier but read some reviews about it being banned in different countries so instead, I purchased the Exersaucer and the Jumperoo for our baby girl when she was 6 months old. She did enjoy both of them but nothing like this one. This was one of her Christmas gifts from her Grandparents and she absolutely loves it. It took few days before she started crusing around the house in it. She moves forward, learned to reverse and loves playing with toys in front of the walker. One of her favorite thing is to run after our dog and play catch with him. I regret not getting this for her sooner. She would already be walking by now (she is 1) had I ignored some of the negative reviews. Because she can freely move around the house (we have hardwood flooring and no stairs) to get her curious mind at work, it keeps her entertained for a long time and it gives us time to clean and cook. This is a great product and I do recommend this to others.Customer Review: great walker

My daughter loves this walker. She learnt fast how to use the walker and after one month, she was a pro with it. It gives her a lot of independence to explore the living room (because we have hardwood floor there) and lets me do my own stuff for quite a while. Like another reviewer mentioned, it just doesn't work well on carpet because of the brake pads. She had never had an accident or fall in the walker though.
Another thing I want to mention is that my daughter is almost 29 inches tall and will outgrow it soon since her legs are already a little bent when in the walker. But she'd been using it for 3 months now and it was definately a very useful item since she used it a few times EVERYDAY.
The seat was kind of hard to put together and it is a little expensive, but I'd say for me it was worth the money since we got a lot out of it. Too bad there's no fourth height(comes with 3 height adjustment), so we could use it a little longer.

We bought this for our daughter a couple of weeks ago - and are very pleased with it. Our daughter is a year old and not crawling, let alone walking, yet (she was diagnosed with low muscle tone at 6 months). Her physical therapist advice us AGAINST putting her in her stationary Exersaucer - and recommended a walker instead. I researched walkers on Consumer Reports - and found that they had not reviwed many of them. I chose this particular walker because of the lack of any negative reviews on Amazon.com. My daughter took to the walker right away and quickly became adept at manuveuring it - and is very clearly strengthing her leg muscles. She enjoys all of the onboard entertainment that is built into the walker - although we typically turn those off so that she can concentrate on exploring her surroundings instead. I have just ordered another of these walkers for her to use at her daycare, upon the recommendation of her physical therapist.Customer Review: Excellent Walker

This is an excellent walker. Nicely designed, excellent materials used, and a highly intuitive front console for your infant to enjoy.
The console for the walker is highly interactive and infant-friendly in terms of use. The console is also detachable in case you want your munchkin to focus on other toys while on the walker.
There are numerous breaks on the bottom, which you can easily remove or include as you see fit.
The entire piece is sturdy, well built and in some ways looks like a premium walker. I purchased it for $30 bucks near mint.
I have not found any cons regarding the walker. If I do find some, I will make the needed updates on this article.
I cannot say I highly recommend this item since I have no comparable to run with; however I am confident to note that I am one happy customer with my Chicco walker - Of course my kid loves it too.
