Customer Review: Worth the Money
Summary: 5 Stars

We bought 2 of this car seat (one for my car, one for husband's car). Love the fabric and color. Is not a heavy carseat (we trekked it thru 2 airports on a go-go babyz), but very sturdy. Forward facing takes 10 seconds to install. Super easy! Rear facing takes a little bit longer because you have to feed the seat belt under the seat pad, but once you've done it once, is not a big deal. As other reviewers note, it doesn't come with strap covers, so I just bought a pair for $4.99 at Toys R Us... is fine. So far, we're very happy with it. Was worth the money. We did a lot of research before deciding what to buy. My husband likes to put his seat back further than I do when driving (or riding) and so size was an issue for us as far as how it would fit in the rear facing position (forward facing not a problem). We have a Dodge Charger and a Chrysler Aspen... no problems with either.

Customer Review: Great Car Seat
Summary: 5 Stars

This seat is lightweight, easy to install, and not too big. I have a Jeep, and it has plenty of room while rear-facing. I needed one rolled-up hand towel underneath to make it tight for rear-facing. My husband has the Graco ComfortSport ($85 at Sears) in his car, and my mom has the Cosco Scenera ($40 at Target). Both are very similar to the Britax. The Graco seems a bit bulkier, and the Cosco isn't nearly as cushy. The Cosco needed several towels underneath to level it, but we eventually got it right. Either one of those is a perfectly fine car seat at a much lower cost, but I like my Britax the best! I think if you're going to spend this much money though, you might as well spend a little more and get the Marathon with the higher weight limit IF your car is big enough. I hear they seem giant when installed rear-facing but that they aren't too big forward-facing.

Customer Review: Best option for a compact car
Summary: 5 Stars

I am a big guy with a small car. Well relatively small anyway. When we had our first baby, I had a lot of trouble when the infant seat was set up behind the driver seat, since I am only comfortable driving with the seat pushed back as far as it can go.
So when the time came for the baby to graduate out of her infant seat, I looked long and hard for something that didn't confuse bulk for safety. The Roundabout seemed to be by far the best bet. Its more expensive than most other brands, but since the alternative would have been buying a new car, I think the extra 50 bucks was worth it. It fits well behind my seat, and the safety reviews are excellent (though thankfully I've not had to test that yet).
This is definitely the best option if you own a small car and don't want to lose most of the space to your baby's seat.

Customer Review: Nice size, great color
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought the Roundabout for my husband's car after purchasing the Marathon for mine. I originally bought the Marathon after reading that tall children outgrow the Roundabout pretty quickly (my daughter is 80% in height). So I bought the Marathon and compared to the Roundabout, it is pretty big. I really love the size and shape of the Roundabout and wish I bought it for my car. The straps dont seem to get twisted like they do on the Marathon. And the Roundabout is much smaller, less bulky and easier to install via seat belt (as opposed to Latch which is easy either way) than the Marathon. I also LOVE the color. Onyx is a fantastic color in person. I bought the Marathon in granite and the color is not as nice as the onyx. All in all, if I had to do it over again, I would purchase 2 Roundabouts in onyx.

Customer Review: Definitely made the right choice with this seat
Summary: 5 Stars

My little guy was getting too long for his infant carrier and would fuss every time I put him in it. Now he has a smile on his face when he gets in his Britax Roundabout seat (the musical mirror helps too)! I drive a sedan (Nissan Maxima) and was frustrated that I couldn't use his infant carrier with the LATCH system in my car because it was too big and had to go in the middle of the back seat. We also had to use pool noodles to get the base level and I was constantly having to readjust. I didn't have any of these problems with the Britax Roundabout. It fits great in my car and is easy to install using the LATCH system. Seems very comfy for my little guy and I love the velcro tabs to keep the straps in place when getting him in and out of the seat. This car seat is definitely worth the investment.
