We have purchased a britax carseat before and were very pleased. We also have a graco carseat. We decided to go with another britax carseat for our smallest child as well even though they are a little more expensive. However, you get what you pay for. The britax allows for our children to take naps in the car without their head falling forward. It gives them very good support for their head and body. This particular carseat has strap covers that go on either side of the neck that work perfectly to protect from the straps cutting into your child's neck. It is a little harder to handle than other carseats because it is so bulky, however, it is worth the extra effortCustomer Review: Fantastic product

We own three of those, to accommodate our 1 year old twins and our 4 year old. The kids love the seats. They look really comfortable in them. The sides provide nice support when the child takes a nap. Removing the cover for washing is easy, the quality of the fabric is really nice. Especially notable is that these seats will be good for a child from about 6-8 months old to about 5 years old - the wide range guarantees that you will not need to worry about changing your child's seat for years. This is by far the best car seat we have owned. It is very secure, and our son rides comfortably in it. It reclines enough so that when he falls asleep, his head and neck have support and don't fall forward. He sits up high and enjoys being able to see where we are going now that he is forward facing. I wish we had been smart enough to buy this car seat first instead of buying the "cutsie" rear-facing one only. Well worth the extra dollars spent. I purchased it to use with my 15 month grandson and 2 year old granddaughter. Changing the straps to fit either is very easy. Both children appear to find the seat comfortable. The seat is fairly large, so you'll want to make sure you have enough room. It fits easily in our Dodge Durango, in the middle of the back seat with room for an adult on either side. But it's a bit tight in the middle of our Ford truck. I would definitely buy another one if I needed it.Customer Review: misleading pic, and come with missing critical parts

Take a close look at the pic of this product: You can see there is a black strap hanging below the seat cover on the side. But when the product was delivered to me, there was no strap to be found on the side, which (according to its own user's manual) is a critical part for installing the seat in the rear-facing position onto my car seat.
What a false advertisement.
