I find the Boppy wedge to be a simple and fairly inexpensive solution to a lot of the back issues that can come with pregnancy, especially the third trimester sleep problems that I've heard about all thru my pregnancy but haven't seemed to had to deal with! Frankly, once I discovered this gem, I wondered why it had to be "pregnancy"-specific! I am quite sure I'll be using this little wedge to keep my back comfortable long after my pregnancy.Customer Review: does the trick -- and leaves room in bed for my husband

i wanted a pillow to help prop up my belly when i was around 20 weeks pregnant. almost a month later, this little wedge is still keeping me comfy at night, without taking up nearly as much room as the body pillows.
** edited 4/13/2009 -- now almost 30 weeks pregnant, this wedge plus another pillow in between my legs (as recommended by my midwife) have kept me very comfortable at night. i highly recommend this pillow.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have been using this pillow for about 8 weeks. I think this pillow is a great alternative to the expensive and bulky maternity pillows that are so popular.
As I move around at night it's easy to move the pillow with me, and I don't have to worry about my covers get tangled up around it.
It's pretty firm which I like for added support. I find it helps my back not hurt as much in the morning.

This little pillow is a life-saver! I didn't get it until late into my third trimester, but boy has it made sleep easier for me. I already had a U-shaped pregnancy pillow which has been wonderful to have as well, but the boppy sealed the deal. Great for when your belly is just big enough that it kinda "hangs" a little unnaturally when you lie on your side. This is my first pregnancy and therefore first pregnancy pillow, but I love it! I purchased it based on other customers' feedback on Amazon and I couldn't be happier. I either use it under my belly when I lay on my side, or between my legs. I've even been carting it back and forth to work to use as lumbar support for my desk chair, so I think I'll just buy a second one to leave there. For the price, it can't be beat!
