In my second trimester I was having pain in the lower abdomen due to stretching of ligaments.
That's when I bought this wedge. I am in my 38th week now and enjoy sound sleep through the night, thanks to this convenient wedge. It's easy to settle it once you turn over, one could use small pillows for support but this just fits in and gives me a good nights sleep. The cushion provides the right amount of comfort, you don't even realize it's presence, it molds to the shape of your body.
This is well worth the cost.

This is a great pregnancy pillow. I got it even when I was barely showing because sleeping on my side (which I don't normally do) the weight of my belly would make me feel like I had to roll over onto my belly. This made sleeping a lot more comfortable for me.
I though tit was silly when I saw it in the store (at Motherhood Maternity) and thought 'why not just use a regular pillow?' But this one is less bulky and not as hot if you get hot at night like me. Plus its not expensive so I recommend it to all my pregnant friends!

I am about 7 months pregnant and I can't decide if this pillow was a good investment or a waste of money. It's much smaller than I thought it would be. Before I had this pillow I would just use my regular pillows between my knees, behind my back or to support my belly. This pillow is very hard and I'd rather use a soft pillow under my belly. Maybe as I get further along it will prove to be invaluable, but for now I could take it or leave it. (I do like using it on top of propped up pillows behind my head when I am reading in bed.)Customer Review: I love my Boppy!

I bought this pillow at the start of my sixth month and am very happy with it. It's perfect for sleeping on my side, but also works well in the small of my back for lumbar support. It's small enough that it doesn't take up too much room in bed and I've also fit it in a small suitcase when traveling (I wouldn't dream of spending the night without it.) I've been using it for over a month now and it is breaking down a little bit, but still provides great comfort. I've already gotten my $15 out of it and I still have 12 weeks to go!Customer Review: Wonderful!

This cushion has to be the best deal out there in terms of pregnancy pillows - at least for women in their 3rd trimester. I paid a lot more mid-pregnancy for a big "Snoozer" body pillow that has been in storage for several months now. For several weeks before buying the Boppy, I was waking up repeatedly with a lot of lower back and hip pain even though I was using a regular pillow to support my belly. With Boppy, I'm now sleeping much better and with a lot less back pain. I just wish I had tried it earlier!
