The Boon Squirt is the best new invention. It makes feeding on the go so simple. It's easy to prepare my son's meal before we leave the house, pop the full spoon in the bag, and feed him when he's ready. I've never had a problem with leakage, it's very easy to use, and the size of the spoon is great for introducing baby to solid foods. It's also easy to clean. Whoever created the boon spoon should receive an award. I have a home daycare plus my own young ones so I have two that rotate between feedings and dishwasher. It is very easy to use, provides quicker feedings, it is easy to clean and very fairly priced. I would encourage you to ignore the one poor rating it received and give it a try - I'm guessing the boon spoon is smarter than that person. This is the best invention ever! We love the Boon Squirt Spoon! I have 3 kids, and this has made #3 so much easier at feeding time. I just fill the spoon, close it tight & feed. Most of the time he doesn't even get his bib dirty because it's completely mess-free. Also, it eliminates all the frustration my hungry baby feels when he has to wait for me to get another spoonful. I have a couple of these, but I find myself using a bowl and spoon most often when feeding my baby. The spoon itself is a little hard and deep so it is difficult for him to get all of the food out of the spoon. Also, you can't get all of the food out of the container part, so you are wasting more than if you just use a bowl and spoon. Besides not being BPA-free. I love this thing. I bought this and a set of Gerber baby spoons. Hands down, the Boon Squirt baby food dispenser is a winner and a must buy. Its perfect for introducing rice cereal to your newborn. Best of all, its way cleaner (less crap on your baby's face) during the feeding process. I'd tried using the Gerber spoons and my kids face was a mess. Well worth it.
