Many of the other sippy cups we tried were so spill proof that my baby couldn't get any liquid out. This doesnt have the spill proof filter mechanism and is easy to get the liquid out. Plus it has a great design that is easy to hold on to.
The only thing I wouild make different is the mouthpiece is very hard.

But it leaks more like a water bottle! It says for 9+ months, I would have NEVER gave it to my 9 month old, my son is 18 months old, and I am taking it away for a bit, unless it's just water! It continuously drips.

I bought this because it is BPA-free and has a cool design. However, my toddler could never get enough fluid through the opening at the top, yet if he shook it, water went everywhere! If Boon could re-design the lid, this would be a great product. Otherwise, don't waste your time!Customer Review: It spills

I was really excited to try this cup out. I bought three of them thinking they would be our new sippy cup. But they leak...a lot. I thought that maybe the first one I tried was just defective, but all three of them leak. I would not recommend this cup to anyone.Customer Review: boon toddler cup

I really like that the cup is bpa free. My daughter likes holding the cup and it is a great design. Although the cup is not spill-proof, my daughter likes to hold the cup upsidedown and watch the milk drip out of it. other than that the cup is great
