Baby Products Reviews of Boon Fluid -No-Spill Toddler Cup in Orange/Blue

Customer Review: SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought this cup because I loved the design; however, it's completely worthless because it is impossible for my son to drink from. I was so excited because when he saw the cup, he wanted to hold it and drink from it. After a couple of tries, he threw the cup down on the floor. When I picked it up and tried to drink from the spout, I couldn't get anything out of it! It was impossible even for me! I tried to open the slit in the spout a little more with a knife, but it was useless. If you want a whatnot to sit on your counter, this cup is for you; otherwise, I highly suggest saving your money!

Customer Review: Somewhat Disappointing
Summary: 2 Stars

OK, this sippy cup has a pretty cool design, and when I learned that it is BPA- free, I pre-ordered two of them for my 15 month old son. There are two problems with this cup. First, it is really, really difficult to get the cap off. I have resorted to using my teeth to remove the spout on several occasions. Second, it leaks like crazy. The liquid doesn't come out of the slit where the child drinks out of, but it leaks where the cup seals. Overall, I am really disappointed with this product- I guess I will have to order a few more SIGG cups for my son.

Customer Review: Horrible!! tough to get the liquid out!
Summary: 1 Stars

Try sucking it yourself before giving it to your toddler and your jaw starts to hurt.
I bought one from Target today, thinking I would buy one first, then just buy more later. I went home, washed it and tried it myself before I gave it to my 16-month old toddler. It was the most disappointing sippy cup ever. It's impossible to suck the liquid out of it. He has a couple other sippy cups but I thought I would buy this one for variety and also it's cool design. It is expensive compared to other better-working sippy cups.

Customer Review: Looks cool, but impractical and atypical of Boon products
Summary: 1 Stars

I too bought this sippy cup because it was BPA free and looked easy for my daughter to hold. I also generally like Boon products. However, it was a huge disappointment. It leaks, which is a pain. Worse, the lid is nearly impossible to get off. Also, it is advertised as being angled downward, so that the child does not have to tilt her head back as far to drink. However, the angle is negligible, and does not help my daughter drink from the cup in the least. A waste of money until the company works out the major defects.

Customer Review: I really, really wanted to like this cup.

It is cute, it's got a great design for toddler hands, it doesn't have a chewable cap (the main reason I got it). But I gave it to my son and he became extremely frustrated trying to get anything out. I thought maybe he wasn't holding it properly, but even I couldn't do it! So I took it back to the store. It's too bad. I also bought the ball snack cup and I do like it so it wasn't a total loss. But I was very disappointed. I hope they redesign it soon, I'm going to be having two in sippies really soon.
