Customer Review: Excellent customer service

In addition to all of the Boon Flair's other positive attributes (it's super-easy to clean, very safe, easy to move around, looks cool, etc.), I have to say that my first (and hopefully last) interaction with Boon customer service has been excellent.
One of the plastic buckles on the strap broke on us recently. I shot off an e-mail to Boon through their website, and received a prompt and courteous reply. They shipped out a new buckle and strap assembly along with a handwritten apology note and a prepaid envelope for sending back the broken piece so they could try to figure out why it broke (and help prevent it in the future).
In an ideal world I'd hope never to need to deal with customer service in the first place. But in the real world parts break, and their customer service more than made up for the minor inconvenience of having to replace a small piece (it was also really, really easy to replace).
I definitely recommend this product.
Customer Review: Cleaner alternative to fabric high chairs

I bought this high chair after much research, and after owning a Baby Trend model.
Pros: Easy to clean, much more sanitary, cool looking design, comes with two snap-on tray liners.
Cons: Brakes don't work very well, tray is too small, shoulder straps are too easy to get out of, snap-in "buckle" falls right where tray rests against baby's belly, main tray is not dishwasher safe, tray liners do not cover entire tray (so you have to wash it every time anyway).
Neutral: Though the pneumatic lift is a cool idea, as a mother who doesn't adjust the height of her high chair, I found it kind of silly and useless.
Even though it appears from my review that the "cons" outweigh the "pros", I still give this chair 4 out of 5 stars simply because of how clean you can get it! You can take even the straps off and throw them in the washer. Plus, when your kid is in it, he looks like he's piloting a spaceship!
Customer Review: BEST! I tried EVERYTHING!

I love this highchair. I have a larger 13 month old (27lbs!) and it really fit him very well. I tried all types of highchairs and they were not fitting him. I literally took him to Babies R Us and sat him in every chair they have- nothing was suiting him. Additionally, this highchair was EASY EASY to put together- just a few min and all done! It did not have the typical cheap parts that most highchairs have. Being my 3rd baby, I really appreciated how easy this is to clean. With the materials used, it should remain looking brand new (no fabric to machine wash and fade over time). Im thrilled with the look and how little space it takes up. It rolls around like a dream on my hardwoods (not made for carpet). I HIGHLY suggest this chair. As he grows, I can easily roll him up to the kitchen table without using the removable tray. And... the look is very easy on the eyes!

Customer Review: Finally a well engineered product

My criteria for choosing a chair was straightforward:-
1)Must be simple well engineered
After going to BabysRUs and getting thoroughly disappointed by the utter vulgarity of the loads of plastic make it look pretty chairs, I knew there had to be a better place else where. Found out about this chair's elite version at costco, and finally this one here at amazon. To put it quite simply, if you are a bob stroller kinda guy, or a bogen/Gitzo kinda girl, this is the baby chair for you. Functionally efficient, aesthetically um, eclectic.
Btw, those considering between this and the elite version, the following are the differences per call to boon:-
1) Base of elite is made of Stainless Steel while this has plastic
2) Elite comes with 2 matts, while this comes with only 1. Extra matts run around [...] shipped.
Customer Review: Does not work as designed!!

This chair would get a 5 star rating for design and use (both aesthetically, and mechanically). However, even after receiving a new pneumatic lift from Boon, the chair still will NOT lift up without my holding down the "orange button", and pulling up with both hands.
And now, after only 3 months or so, the wheels from the bottom are popping off (I use my high chair on carpet). Before finding an actual wheel, I had found small metal balls on my carpet; and was clueless as to where they were coming from. Now I realize that they where ball bearings from the wheels.
The quality and functionally of this chair makes me give it one star. It simply doesn't work. Next on my list is getting it fixed, or getting my money back. It pains me to write this review, because Boon is one of the few companies I normally buy products blindly from.
