i bought this positioner because I wanted to elevate my baby due to reflux and to also have her lie with us in bed. It is great for using to put with you in bed, but this is where its usefulness ends. The head elevation is a joke, it is on the same level as the feet and we have to put a blanket under it to create the elevation, the baby keeps sliding down and the heartbeat feature is completely useless. if you are looking for a good elevation wedge, this is not it, if you are looking for a positioner for quick naps, then this will serve fine.Customer Review: baby too small

My daughter was 8 weeks early and when we brought her home she was alittle over 5lbs. She had really bad tummy problems and mild reflux so having her at a incline helps her digest. She was too small and didnt fit real great in it. I was afriad of her falling out of it. Im sure if she was bigger it would of worked fine.Customer Review: waste!

My daughter has used this since she returned home from the hospital with her daughter. It has worked beautifully. The baby sleeps very well in it. And helps keep her in position. Customer Review: I have mixed feelings

I like the product because the baby actually loves falling asleep with this. My 5 day old sleeps soundly for 4 hours on the positioner. I dont like it because this product was probably made with babies that dont move in mind. By the time that she wakes up to feed I find her feet body out of the positioner and her head where her feet should be. Her moving motions makes her scoot down. I also dont like that when positioned correctly it is like a rocker from side to side so the baby can fall. To mend that problem, I put blankets under each side so it does not move from side to side. I still put her on it every night because she likes it, but I am going to contact the manufacture and question SIDS safety.
