Customer Review: broken hinge, can't get a replacement, disappointed

I ordered this baby keepsake frame hoping to preserve my bb's footprint. But when I received it, I found the bottom hinge is broken. When I tried to get a replacement from Amazon, I was told they can't do that with this vendor. I thought about buying another one, but since bb grows so fast, I think by the time I got the second frame, assuming it's got no problem, my bb's foot will be a lot bigger. So I decide to give up.
