Customer Review: Uncomfortable for parents and unsafe for baby

The way baby is positioned in this carrier causes spinal compression. I have read that it is not good for baby to be facing out (difficult or impossible for them to block out all of the stimulation, unable to see parent's face to help them interpret situations). I found this carrier to be incredibly uncomfortable- hurt my back and shoulders after 10 minutes of use. We ended up getting an Ergo and are much happier with it. Would recommend using a sling with an infant.Customer Review: great baby shower gift

I just got back from a trip to the grocery store, and what could have been a 20 minute trip was done in five minutes. Moving my boy from his car seat to the BabyBjorn took all of 30 seconds, and the time spent in the store isles was noticeably more enjoyable than when he rides in his seat. It's comfortable to wear, and seems like it should last a long time. I can't recommend this product enough. Customer Review: Easy to use and sturdy

The carrier overall is a very good product. It is easy to use and take off. The only thing I would change is the buttons for the legs. Everything else on the carrier is snap on except for two buttons you have to button. It's a minor inconvenience. Customer Review: baby bjorn review.
