This item is pretty self-explanatory, this is the first thing we purchased for our 2010 Baby Jogger City Mini.
The cooler compartment is well insulated, and we actually use it to hold our second drink if we have one. You can't expect this to hold your large fast food cups, but it did a great job holding our Universal Studios souvenir cups! One lady complained about her "special" metal water holder thing won't fit, but a quick trip to a big box store with the console and you can find a water container that will fits with ease. If you're like me, you're not too good for the plastic bottles and this isn't even an issue.
We even accidentally spilled a cup of water in the cooler compartment, not a single drop came out of the bottom. We just unsnapped the console, poured out the water and let it air dry; no mildew or funky smell afterwards [though if you're able to, pat it dry as an extra precaution].
It's very well constructed and fits perfectly on our City Mini, as it should. The snap design is clean to the eyes and fits the look of the stroller.
Recommended? A 100% yes!!
