Baby Products Reviews of Baby Jogger Liquid HolsterCustomer Review: Cup Holder DOES work with the City Select Stroller!!! Summary: 4 Stars
I was disappointed when I received this cup holder because at first it didn't fit on my City Select stroller. (the handles were too thick). After reading a review on Amazon that it does fit.. I gave it another chance. I took a penny to the gray end and turned it so that the inner part was inside the black part (you can also turn it so that the inner piece eventually comes out, but that make it too loose). I than placed the pieces around the thinner part of the bar (on the side of the stroller). I took the screws and screwed the piece on. I than tightened the piece again with the penny on the gray end to get a secure/tight fit. It fits perfectly..with no movement! Haven't had a chance to try it out, but I was able to fit various cups in the holder. Happy that I was able to get it to work!! So if you have the Baby Jogger City Select, this cup holder DOES work!
Customer Review: LOVE it! Works great with Maclaren! Summary: 5 Stars
Bought this cup holder after doing a lot of research on what type would work best with our Maclaren stroller. I purchased it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $16 (after using a 20%off coupon). If you follow the directions, it is easy to install on the square vertical frame post. I know some reviewers had put it on the foam handle, but I had no problem installing it on the frame itself and the stroller still closes and latches properly. We installed it on the left frame post if you are standing behind the stroller. The cupholder is great because it can easily be detatched from its holster if it is in the way or it is not needed. It has a simple twist screw that you can turn to lock or unlock it from its holster without having to remove the entire holster from the stroller. It fist a large plastic McDonald's cup easily and is very sturdy! Love it!
Customer Review: Not for Phil & Teds, Yes for Maclaren Summary: 3 Stars
This cupholder did not fit around the tubing on the handlebar of our Phil & Teds Dash stroller. The opening is too narrow on the cupholder for the handlebar on the stroller--for the square sectrion and to try to wrap around the foam on the handle. We did not try to remove the foam covering on the handlebar, but the bar does appear to be thinner underneat the foam section. We tried to push back the foam covering, but were unable to push back enough of it to accommodate this item. We could not wrap the cupholder around the foam as that was also too wide.
It did fit easily on the handles of the Maclaren Quest. It is wrapped around the foam on that stroller, and we expect that there will be an indent after some time if we leave it on. And, we're able to folder the stroller with the cupholder attached.
Customer Review: worth 20 bucks if you walk alot Summary: 5 Stars
This is a nice cup holder. It fits on our Maclaren Triumph nicely. You could put one on each side easily, you just may want to detach the cup from the base before folding up the stroller and putting it in the car. The are nice durable plastic, easily hold a heavy drink, plus the swivel is nice. It keeps the drinks level. These are a little bit more expensive than others, but if you do alot of walking, I think it's probably worth it. They include a screwdriver a screws (unnecessary for our purposes) so you are likely paying for that too. The only downside, If you have 2 weighty beverages, your keys and phone attached to the top of a little Maclaren, when you take out your kiddo, the stroller might tip over backward, spilling your drinks if they're open. Just a little heads up on that one.
Customer Review: Not for us... Summary: 1 Stars
If you like this style of cup holder than you should like this. It seems very sturdy, like it would hold up well. We are not fans of this style but bought it just to be sure and compare to the Sunshine Kids and the other style Baby Jogger called the 'parent console'. Both of those attach and hang between the handles. We prefer the parent console. It looks like it belongs on the stroller. Doesn't dangle off and seem ready to break. We like that you can use one parent console style for 2 cups and still have a velcro storage area. You can also just have one cup and 2 velcroed storage areas. Stoller still collapses easily with console attached.
