Customer Review: Soother nice...when it works

I purchased this soother as soon as it came on the market. I was impressed with the images and the remote control. When I opened the package, the plastic was scratched and fuzzy and after 2 days of using the item, the images stopped moving. Hopefully this was just a problem with the soother I received, and not the typical case. I've asked for a replacement, as I'd like to continue using it. The sound is a bit loud - I wish there was a volume control, but the underwater images are really impressive and the sounds and classical music is great.
