This is a great mat for my 4.5 month-old. Keeps him entertained and moving. Like to grab at the brightly colored toys. Good mix of soft items, rattles and teethers. The music toy is good, but looks a bit enhanced online. It plays music and has color lights that flash. Online it appears the toy background changes or moves but it doesn't. The mat is very colorful which baby likes. The graphics are realistic sea-creatures. A great item. Buys time for coffee and paper in the morning.Customer Review: must have

My son absolutely LOVES this play gym. We actually have three play gyms that were given to us and this one is the one he likes best by far. The music and lights portion has several settings. One of the settings starts the music when there is a shake or bounce of the gym. This is great because my son has learned that batting at a toy causes the music to start. He loves the octopus so much that we detach it and take it with us when we travel since it clips to a variety of things.Customer Review: it's what I expected but not totally thrilled

I already had a Lamaze Playhouse Gym and wanted something that would give my daughter room to move/roll on. You definitely need to read the directions to put this together though but it wasn't terrible. My daughter likes although she doesn't really grab or things yet but we're working on it! As for tummy time - she still hates it! And the whale pillow slides all over the place which doesn't make tummy time any easier but oh well...it's serving it's purpose right nowCustomer Review: Great!

I got this for my second baby before he was born. I love this toy! I don't think it feels "cheap" and it took me all of two minutes to put together. It was really simple and even at 3 weeks old, he was enchanted with it. He loves the lights and the music and now at just over a month old he's already trying to swat at the toys. The only issue I have is that I can't get my two year old to leave it alone so he can enjoy it! But that can hardly be blamed on the product!Customer Review: keeps baby entertained

i purchased this for my 2 month old and it looks great, bright and colorful ( my 2 year old even wants to play with it) the poles are sturdy but arent quite as "nice" as they show in the picture tho i think after a bit of time being set up they might even out some, not sure tho...a few of the toys im not a big fan of but over all great product and my little one really likes the music box part ( which can be used as a crib toy as well!)
