This Baby Einstein toy is perfect fo 6 week olds to 18 month olds and beyond. I can't think of another toy that is quite this versatile! The music is so nice and soft (2 sound settings... the loud isn't even loud!) which is such a nice change from many other loud toys made for children these days. It was simple to put together and very easy to adjust height for each stage (laying, sitting, climbing/walking). I am buying this for all of my friends who have babies going forward!Customer Review: Good for 5+ months

Bought this for my son when he was 2month old. He didn't care much for it. Light flashed no reaction. Didn't really play with it for a while then when he reached 5-6 months he started to play with it. He can't put the basketball in the hoop to make the song play but I stick plush football, baseball, stuff animals (purchased separately) and he would pull it out and loves it. He slowly began to notice the other features and not his favorite toy but he seems to like it.Customer Review: Not interesting enoughfor 6month old

My baby doesnt seem to be interested in this toy. She looks at it but then quickly loses interest (she's only 6 months). If I put her in a "Bumbo" Chair in front of it, she will entertain herself by playing with the "animal sounds" wheel, but nothing else. The volume is very loud and not adjustable. The music is also annoying. I hope when she gets to be at least 1, she'll appreciate it more.Customer Review: Great Product

My 5 1/2 month old baby girl loves this contraption! She is just starting to be able to sit up on her own and this toy really encourages her to keep her balance. It distracts her from concentrating on trying to balance and lets her play. She loves all the colors and sounds, she can't keep her hands off of it!!Customer Review: Great Toy!

My son initially tried this at a neighbor's house when he was only 6 weeks old...he LOVES this toy. I went out to buy it immediately. He is now 11 weeks old and this is still his favorite toy. It keeps his attention (which is hard to do at his age) for sometimes up to 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this toy!
