Glad I read the last review about not having any toy bars on the handle of the carseat while in the car and keeping the handle all the way back. A definite hazard if left in the forward position.
Is the water supposed to move somehow? I've had to tilt the carseat (baby not in it) to get the floaties to move in the water. Is the water activated by pusing the button?

I bought this toybar as a gift for my grandson. I chose this because I wanted something different and unique (other than clothes) Needless to say... it was a huge hit! My grandson (a newborn) absolutely loves it! So do the parents! It has a variety of things to keep him stimulated and the price was great!! Thanks ... I was given the Kids II Inc. Neptune Infant Carrier Toy Bar as a gift at a baby shower. I had attached the toy bar to my newborns carrier for a car ride, and my oldest son noticed that the toy bar's water was dripping out and onto my newborn. I recommend that instead of purchasing this toy bar, you find another manufacturer that makes a waterless toy bar.Customer Review: wasn't impressed at all

I saw this at Babies r Us and thought "it was cute and what a perfect toy to keep my son occupied while in the car." Boy - was I wrong, you continuously have to press the button for the music and when you put the bar down it sits right on top of your baby's head. I returned it as soon as I brought it home and tried it out. I wouldn't recommend this.Customer Review: Danger

My son is 4 months old. My baby loved this carseat toy. He would keep his hand on the little bar where the fishies hang. He cut his knuckle on the hard plastic white rim. I don't recommend buying this. If you do, please make sure that the white plastic does not have any sharp areas!! I plan on sending Baby Einstein an email with my concern.
