Baby Cubes are sold as a set of individual freezer cube containers with lids and storage tray. BABY CUBES is the only product on the market with a lid attached directly to each cube making it simpler to prepare and store baby food. I have three sets of the 2oz cubes and have used them for three months now. I make all of my son's food, so these get a lot of use. They've been working out great for us. I love simplicity and these fit the bill. There are a lot of things I love about these cubes.
They have fill lines on the side so you can use the 2oz cubes to make 1oz portions when they are just starting purees (also, when you're introducing a new food and aren't sure if they'll eat/waste it). Then, as they get older and eat more, you'll still be able to use these: just fill it up to the 2oz mark. You'll get even more use out of them since they have snap-top lids. You can use them as the child grows to keep cereal snacks or whatever in them (just thought of this the other day). Toss them in the diaper bag, keep some in the car. I figure we can keep using them for freezer pop treats or jello after that...haha. The list goes on and on. I pick a day every couple of weeks, steam up fresh fruit/veggies, puree and cube them. When frozen, I run it under hot water just for a couple of seconds, pop the cubes out into prelabed freezer storage bags and my cubes are freed up and ready to go again! This is really simple.
