Perfect for first time parents, parents on a budget, and parents that are short on time. An excellent gift for expecting parents. This book helps navigate you through the bare basics you need if you are on a tight budget. And it gives upgrade choices if you have a larger budget. If you are a first time parent and overwhelmed at all of the stuff you see in the baby stores, this book will help narrow down your choices. Greatly reducing your chance of succumbing to "bait and switch" once you hit the store. (Trust me, there is always a more lovely upgrade at the baby store that you don't need.) Lastly, if you don't have time to run around to every store to check out different models, this book is a must. You can mark what you need, and go to one baby shop and order it all, or go online and order what you need. My only recommendation for making the book easier to use is to make it spiral bound; it is a thick book packed with lots of stuff.
