I love this product. Our 1 year old would always drop food on the way from the tray to his mouth when feeding himself. Now it falls into the pocket of the bib instead and it's much less of a mess. He actually sometimes puts food in the pocket on purpose and then eats it out of there. I got several comments about it from friends who are now also looking to buying it. I got 2 - one for at home and one to leave at the school.Customer Review: Material too hard

Great for catching drips when training for open cup and starting finger foods. However, the material this is made of was much harder than we expected. My son is constantly yanking at it and he doesn't like it (seems uncomfortable). The pocket in front sticks out too far, making it difficult to fit behind the tray on our spacesaver high chair. Got this bib for my 11 month old who is self-feeding. It is great for catching the food he drops (no more cleaning the high-chair after every meal). It is soft enough to be comfortable and rinses easily for the next meal. I no longer have a pile of cloth bibs to wash!! Yipee!! Don't listen to the wacko's on here about the plastic material the bib is made out of being toxic. If they did some research they would find out that this thing is 110% safe. They are worried about a bib but they probably don't wash their kids clothes after they buy them before wearing...which is extremely unsafe. Gret product...does what it is intended to do. Our lively 8 month old discovered how to take off bibs with Velcro closures leading to (even more) messy feedings. I bought this bib in hopes of fixing that particular problem and was not disappointed. No matter how hard he tugs, the bib stays put. It's also incredibly easy to wash and take on and off. I'd recommend it to anyone and can see this being a future baby shower gift.
