Customer Review: wonderful shower gift!

I hadn't ever seen one of these bibs until my sister-in-law gave one to me as a shower gift. I have loved it! We use it for every meal & it actually catches the food my daughter drops! It's so easy to wipe out and every once in a while I throw it in the dishwasher to get it really clean. It's starting to get a small hole in the bottom, but after using it for 2 years, can I really complain? Customer Review: Not what I expected

"Soft Bib" is not soft... I pictured a rubbery sort of flexible material. This is more like plastic than rubber. Almost no flex at all. So inflexible in fact that it doesn't really fit behind the tray in his high chair... it pushes against his belly or it gets snagged under the tray and ends up pulling on his neck.
Organic baby food stained the bib on first use. Has been washed several times since and stain remains.
My baby pulls at the bib and tries to take it off. I guess he doesn't like the beaded plastic strap against his neck.
Customer Review: Should Win A Nobel Prize for Design

If there was such a thing as a Nobel Prize for baby design, this would be one of my top choices. Of all the things we've ever bought for our toddler, this is by far the most useful. I can't tell you how many hundreds of meals have been saved from falling on our table, floor and on him.
Here are some positives:
* Made of soft plastic, top rack dishwasher safe, and easily rinsable in the sink
* Can be hung up to dry
* Easily adjustable
* Toddler can accidentally drop solid food into the catchall lip, and still eat it (assuming your bib is nice and clean)
* Can be scrunched up a little for travel (i.e., a baby carry bag or suitcase)
* At least in this offering, there are two per pack, so when one is in the dishwasher, you still have another
* Compared to other lesser brand plastic bibs we've tried, these are the most comfortable, and also look great
And a couple of negatives (very minor):
* They may wear out a little after a year or more (according to other users), although we've never had this problem.
* Ecologically, they are not as environmentally friendly as cloth bibs, but what about all that wasted food falling past a cloth bibs, and all the cloth bibs you have to wash?
All in all, one of the best purchases we've ever made, for anything. Highly recommended.

We got one of these as a gift, but never successfully used it. The crumb catcher at the bottom prevents us from putting the highchair tray all the way back up next to the baby. But what's worse is our baby totally HATED it - would not wear it for anything. He was fine with any other kind of soft plastic or cloth bib - guess he hated the firmness of it. Customer Review: best. baby. bib. ever.

My absolute favorite baby item. I buy these for every "new baby" in our life. Sturdy, easy to clean, great design & does the job better than anything else I've tried.
