Baby Products Reviews of BABYBJÖRN Little PottyCustomer Review: Great little starter potty! Summary: 5 Stars
My almost 2-yr-old likes this little potty, and fits comfortably on it. It's extremely lightweight and easy to move around the house or throw in the car or a suitcase for trips etc. She is tall and yes, her knees do come up high, but I don't think you need anything bigger ie the hole is plenty big enough. If you had a large, hefty 3 to 4-yr-old, I might contemplate buying something bigger, but for your average 1 to 3 yr old this definitely does the trick. I like the simple design, too, as the less parts there are to complicate matters (!), the less there is to clean (speaking from experience). It's cheap and good - always handy as a spare, too if you're undecided.
Customer Review: Best training toilet ever! Summary: 5 Stars
I got this toilet when my oldest daughter was about a year old because it was only $5 with free shipping and I thought it was too good a deal to pass up. It is a great trainer toilet. Easy to clean with no crevices or parts. I am now training my second child who is about 22 months I thought that my older daughter would outgrow it and we would need to get something bigger, but she goes back and forth using the regular toilet and this one. She doesn't seem to mind the small size at all and she is over three now. So don't let the small size deter you. It's never been an issue. I do have all girls, so I couldn't comment on how it works for boys, but I love this toilet.
Customer Review: A great little potty. Easy to clean. Summary: 5 Stars
I was unsure about purchasing this potty for my 2 1/2 year old, especially given the negative comments about its size. However, I saw it at a store and my daughter loved it. Yes, it's small and low to the ground but that allows my two year old to easily get on and off it. Plus, she can reach the books beside her potty easily (I don't have to worry about tipping). Another positive is that it's easy to clean. The small size means my daughter can empty it into the toilet on her own. It might not be a good potty for VERY large children but my daughter (2 1/2 years old and in the 50% percentile for height and weight) does quite well on it.
Customer Review: perfect for when traveling or out and about Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this same little bjorn potty when my now 8 year old was a toddler. We kept it in the car during potty training and it worked like a charm to keep the momentum going and avoid accidents or stressful scouting for a public (and often dirty) public restroom. My now 5 year old also used it during potty training, and it's now currently back in the van for our 2 year old. We keep a container of WetOnes handy to quickly wipe it down. This potty still looks as good as the day we bought it, and we'll use it with our 4th child as well. We use the regular sized bjorn potty at home and love it as well.
Customer Review: Perfect for ECing Summary: 5 Stars
I have been using since baby was 1.5 mos old & it really fits their little bodies well. It is very sturdy and does not tip.
It has a little cut out in back which makes it easy to pick up or to move with my foot when my hands are full.
I have multiple colors & prefer white to see output better.
CONS:
If on slippy surface (wood, linoleum) will move when baby squirms. Cannot tell color of urine in colored models -- I like to see to ensure no dehydration. Harder to see if baby peed in colored models if pottying baby with lights off.
