We have used this a few times, but not as much as we would have liked. Depending when your baby is born and your local climate, this might be a smart purchase or not. We like to use it because our baby hates being put in her little snowsuit, so this this we can just snap it over her instead of bulking her up beforehand, and we are all happier. Sadly, it is getting quite warm now and we won't be using it much anymore! Convenient for sure, but a bit pricey - depends on the time of year, and how often you will use it.Customer Review: Love this Product!!!!

I really love this cover for my BabyBjorn carrier. I have owned my carrier for more than 6 years and it has been through 3 children. Now with my son, I decided to try the carrier cover instead of wrapping blankets around the baby carrier, which is what I did previously if the weather was cold. This cover is so much easier to use than blankets. You literally can put your baby in the carrier, attach the cover and go. You don't even need a hat-there is a detachable hood. Whenever we use our Bjorn in the winter I don't have to worry about bundling up our son or having to wear a jacket for me that's big enough to wrap around him: this is perfect! I love it! In Tacoma, it rains: A LOT! And I've gotten a lot of complements on it too! The Baby Bjorn Carrier Cover is lightweight and super simple to attach, plus, it's so cozy and warm, I never worry about our baby being too hot or cold: it's perfect! The cover is very helpful for us since we live within a short walk of many shops! I keep the cover attached to the Bjorn, put the baby into it with a hoodie on, then I add the hood that is attached to the cover, then I put my coat on, and we go! I don't have to put my baby in a big snow suit! I can adjust it if he gets hot in stores, etc. He loves being front facing in the Bjorn, and I don't have to lug a stroller around! This cover is just that, a cover. It provides zero warmth and barely acts as a barrier between the cold and your baby. The paperwork included with the cover even instructs you not to rely on the cover for warmth and to dress your baby for the weather. I had hoped to use this while on a recent trip to canada as strollers are impossible on the snow and ice covered sidewalks. This was a huge disappointment.
