I purchased this item for my 3 month old. She loves it, and was quickly able to figure out how to make it rock. I like that it is made of high quality materials, its neutral colors, and that it gets her up off the ground allowing her to see what's going on around her. The price is a little high, but if she continues to love it for several more months, I think it will be worth it.Customer Review: very versitile, and easy

my first time at purchasing the item, but have fell in love, its just like a little hammock, and my granddaughter conforms to it, her little body just snuggles in it, and there was no need for a head prop, she just relaxes in it, we could just pick it up and move it from room to room and she would just watch and then go right back to sleep. Think we have to say we love it!!Customer Review: doesn't accomplish much more than cheaper bouncers do.

I have a very picky baby, so I can't really blame my dissapointment with the bouncer completely on the product. However, my baby does not care for it. I do use it to feed her in it. It is great that you can just throw the cover in the washing machine. I will definitly use it, but it is a little expensive considering it doesn't accomplish much more than cheaper bouncers do.Customer Review: Product great but customer service is horrible

The BabySitter Balance is a great product even though it is a bit pricey. We were told there was a recall so we sent the chair back. We were left without a chair for almost 3 weeks and had to call Baby Swede customer service numerous times. We finally talked to the right person and received our chair back. Be aware if you have to deal with Baby Swede directly.Customer Review: Great product for the Price!

This sitter is the best! I have two older children, but this time with my third I decided to get this product and it is a simple concept that works so well! My baby has tummy problems (he is 8 weeks old) and putting him in this chair helps tremendously with the rocking motion. Also, he falls asleep in it which gives me a break!
