I originally purchased a less expensive bouncer. My baby will only sit in the old bouncer for a few minutes before crying because it doesn't support his body evenly. I should have went with my original instinct when purchasing a bouncer and picked this one. The bouncer is incredibly easy to reposition and my baby (six weeks old) can easily sleep in it or check out the world when he is awake. I also puchased the toy bar. It's a bit expensive, but oh well. I am sure my baby will enjoy it at some point. Also, a nice feature is that you can easily rock it with your foot when the chair is on the floor. I am actually doing it as I write this review! I also think my baby will get more/longer use out of this bouncer. (Helps justify the expense) He was quickly outgrowing the other bouncer.Customer Review: great for the first few months

This is a very nice seat, and easy to carry to different rooms. We used it pretty much right from the start when our baby was just a little newborn. I thought getting the wooden toy attachment for it was worthwhile- it was one of the first toys my baby ever noticed or manipulated. I found however that by 5 months my baby was done with this seat- she would fuss and cry if we put her in it. So for the money I would have wanted it to last longer. I think she dislikes that it's at such a reclining position- even on the highest point. I wish we could prop it up just another few inches. On the other hand apparently you can turn this into a chair for the toddler age, so maybe she'll come to enjoy it again later. I can definitely say this is a great seat for the first few months though.Customer Review: Expensive, but well worth it

This is a fantastic bouncy seat! I am not one for mountains of baby gear and kid clutter, but this bouncy is very useful and attractive! I love that it has three positions and folds completely flat for travel or storage, but I really love that my baby can use this as a chair up to the age of two (or 30 lbs.)! A baby item that has that kind of longevity is a must for me. The colors are really good-looking and I like the fact that the seat can be easily removed and flipped over if it gets dirty, meaning you don't have to wash it as much. The only minor complaint that I have is that the toy bar is sold separately. For as much as this seat costs, they could have included the toy bar. But overall, this is a well-designed, attractive and very useful bouncer.Customer Review: Great for reflux or colicky babies!!!

This bouncer is worth every penny. I have all kinds of baby products (swings, another bouncer, FP soothing motions glider, carriers, etc) and this is the best one by far. The different heights are just perfect for a reflux baby and it is so incredibly easy to bounce. My fussy 8 wk old daughter almost instantly stops crying when she is bounced in here. Because it's so easy to bounce, it's great to use when she is having a bad night and I'm half asleep. I know others say it works for their newborns as is, but it doesn't have any head support, so we put a boppy noggin nest in and she looks much more comfortable. We borrowed one of the older models with our first baby and I had to give it back, so now I have this one! It's expensive, but worth the money. It's so easy to fold up and travel with. Baby bounces when they move, it's comfy to sleep in, like a hammock, and you can tote it with you anywhere you need to keep an eye on baby, especially great outside. My firstborn didn't like the swing/vibrating seats with all the attachments. After 5 minutes it was stimulation overload. I found on this, you can clip on a toy, but usually baby is happy just hanging out, looking at everything around, or falling asleep peacefully!
