They do a great job describing the size range for the child, but don't think about getting this if you're an above-average size male. I'm 6'3" and the "lumbar support" didn't even make it past my upper back (at it's fully extended setting).
Otherwise, if you're small- to average-sized, it seems like the construction, etc was great.

we love it! the baby loves it! he can look forward and we can turn him around when he falls asleep. we bought first Ergo but it's good for tiny newborns and bigger kids that can spread their legs to the sides...so we went back to the well known Babybjorn. We had one years ago and the new one with the back support and airy material is recommended!Customer Review: When front facing, flap doesn't stay down like shown in the photos

When my child faces forward in the carrier, the top flap of the carrier doesn't stay down like BabyBjörn shows in all their photos. I also don't think the carriers fabric is any more breathable than the carrier that costs half the price (BabyBjörn Sport, I think). Overall, I think it's a great carrier. After trying a few models from this and different manufacturers, settled on this model. Keeps cool when using this on warm days. Good support for your back. Fits my wife and me with no problems. Some of the other models get really hot. Amazon price is the best out there, almost 1/2 the price as our local baby store.Customer Review: Not better than the original bjorn

I did not find this better than the original bjorn - the extra lumbar support didn't help me or my husband. I think the trekker (a Canadian brand) has better back support because it has a waist band, which is really what the bjorn needs in order to take some of the strain off your shoulders and back.
