Customer Review: Good carrier with lots of support

Serves its purpose. Great for when going grocery shopping. Seems breathable enough, but a bit stiff for my taste. Material is mesh but not as soft as I would have liked. Baby doesn't seem to mind though. I have an Evenflo Snugli for home use and it is much softer, minus the lumbar straps that Bjorn provides. All in all, am glad I got the top of the line Bjorn, especially since Amazon had it for alot cheaper than store price, free shipping, no tax! I originally bought it from Babys R Us, liked it, but returned it once I saw Amazon sold it for cheaper. I told Babys R Us since they couldn't match the price, they just lost some money. Ordered it here and am a happy, happy, customer. Good product to own, even better when you can save some money since it is indeed alot more expensive than most!Customer Review: Love the back support!

I used to have a Snuggli but it did not provide enough support and i suffered from back pain so when I purchased the Baby Bjorn Synergy Carrier my 4 month old daughter and I loved it! I practice baby wearing as a part of attachment parenting around the house, at events, in the grocery store I seldom use a car seat I use my Baby Bjorn and it keeps her quiet and content. When she falls asleep I don't have to wake her up I just unbuckle and voila! I like the light weight material it's breathable and makes you feel one with baby I guess that's why they call it Synergy. It's cute in white although I have to hand wash weekly it dries quickly, I recommend and will be purchasing the bib. It is worth the price because of the quality material, comfort and contentment that keeps baby silent and happy.Customer Review: A must-have (if you have the money, or if you're traveling)

Lumber support is awesome. Without that, the carrier would only be half as comfortable. So far, using in Texas heat, so the mesh fabric, another great feature. My baby is just at the margin (8lbs and 21") of recommended baby "size", and at the moment I do worry a little if her head is comfortable-- posture wise, and having enough breathing room. If I let her face, face my chest, it seems more comfortable a posture BUT she might not have enough breathing room. If I let her face look sideways so that her one cheek rests against my chest, then she'll have plenty of room around her nose, BUT this posture is not comfortable for more than a couple minutes. I do think that once she grows a little taller, I won't have this predicament. This carrier still is great though.Customer Review: GREAT THING BUT...

recently purchased Synergy and love it! the fabric is very soft, "breathe through", very comfortable for both parent and baby, great back support. but i gave only 4 stars because there couple things to rethink. first of all if you tall it's not gonna work for you. i bought it for my husband, he is over 6ft and it doesn't fit him at all! i'm 5'7" and it hardly works for me. the thing is there is no adjustment for up and down, only for width. i think its a huge minus.
another thing that i'm not really comfortable is the bottom lock. i'm not sure if it's comfortable for the baby, even though my baby is very happy in this carrier.
otherwise it's a great carrier! little pricy, but good.
i highly recomend this carrier, but only if you're not tall.

Most importantly, our baby loves it. My husband was pretty picky on this particular carrier so we got it even though it is a bit expensive. We feel it's worth it. The back support is so important. I have had 2 back surgeries, and I can walk around with her in the bjorn for an hour or so without getting too sore. My husband loves it, very comfy, and the baby is comfy in it. It is lightweight and not bulky which is nice. We use it a lot, and are glad we bought it. I also have a sling and a wrap, and I think this is the carrier our baby prefers, she is not fond of the sling. The other great feature, it is really easy to get on and off and take the baby in and out. Great purchase!
