I have 4 kids boy twins, a girl and a boy so when I had my twins double strollers back then didn't accomodate car seats so I used a snugli with one and pushed the other. Oh and how the snugli's hurt my back and my twins were little. Then when I had my next son the twins were 2 and I didn't want a triple stroller so I read reviews of baby bjorn and how awesome they were. I was skeptical but they were redesigning them so I found one fairly inexpensive maybe $50(I can't recall) I bought it and have told all of friends to defiantely spend the extra money on Baby Bjorn there is just no comparison. I am using it on my 4th baby now and she is over 17lbs and it doesn't bother my back at all and she loves to face out and see everyone especially her crazy brothers. The baby bjorn carriers now are even better then mine so definately get a baby bjorn and don't waste your money on the cheaper brands.Customer Review: Bad customer service

I received the Baby Bjorn as a shower gift, we had registered for it. When our son was big enough to ride in it, I tried to put it on but the back strap had two left buckles instead of a left and a right. No problem, I thought, I'll call the customer service number on the box and they'll send me a new strap. When I called I spoke with a very rude and disinterested person who told me that I had to ship the thing back to them, pay for the shipping myself, and that it would take "a long time" to get the replacement. I asked him, "So, you sell a defective product and then the customer has to pay to ship it back to you for a replacement?" He told me that yes, that is Baby Bjorn's policy. By the way, we have a Snugli carrier that we borrowed from my sister-in-law, which we love, and it retails for about $50 less. We returned the Baby Bjorn and bought a Snugli with $$ left over.Customer Review: Carry your baby

I own a really nice stroller/carseat combo. The baby liked it at first but seems to get claustrophobic in the carseat.
Once she got to be big enough, 8lbs, she loved using the Bjorn. If you have a snuggle loving baby, its a great investment.
We enjoy walks together and its great for shopping. "Baby wearing" is great for baby's development and so nice for bonding.
One of my most favorite baby products!
My only complaint/suggestion for Bjorn is that its a little hard to manage when its not in use. Kindof like spaghetti with all the straps. The need to sell it with a nice little bag to keep it clean and tucked away when its not is use. I find myself trying to cram it in the diaper bag or under the stroller but all the straps keep popping out. Maybe I should just use a dedicated bag for it.

I struggled with choosing which baby carrier to buy and based on reviews decided to go with the baby bjorn. My daughter loves it and it is a life saver in the store (she will not sit in her infant car seat). Some people have commented on it being hard to use when you're alone but I have not found that to be true. I usually get the carrier on, leaving one side open, and then slide my daughter in and buckle it up. I have never had help with this carrier and have had no problems. Overall, an infant carrier is a must, especially if you have an attached baby as I do. Well worth the money, quality construction and style..
Plus, I have heard that they have excellent resale value if you would like to make some of your money back when you are done!
Customer Review: The Greatest Thing Ever!

I was given one of these as a gift when my oldest daughter was born...she is now 2.5 years old...I used it with her from the time she was 2 weeks old until she turned 1. Then I bought a backpack carrier....now I use the same one for my son who is almost 10 months!! I have never had a problem with this carrier and it fits snug and secure. I have always felt that my children were as safe as they could possibly get in a tummy carrier. You can face them towards you or facing out when they are older! It has been thrown in the washer and has never failed. It is very easy to adjust for different heights and is very comfortable! Definitely worth the money!
