I love this carrier. I love the mesh fabric which keeps us cooler. Since my baby was smaller than most it made me feel safe that the bjorn has an extra strap on the sides for smaller babies legs. I purchased this product for a very long plane ride from Chicago to Tokyo. My son was two months old at the time and it was a life saver. It allowed me to have my hands free. Not to mention the money we saved not having to buy an extra seat. I thought that I would just use it for the trip but now I use it to go to shopping and to the grocery store. The most importantly my son loves it.

There is no question that Baby Bjorn products are pricey - but they're also worth it.
We have both the Air and the Active and they have been well used.
The air carrier is well made and there is a feeling of stability while carrying our daughter - even though the mesh fabric is very light.
Our daughter was much more comfortable in the summer months as a result.

I got this on sale even though I'm not due until the end of December. I had the original one with my daughter and while I absolutely LOVED it, she'd get quite sweaty in the summer (She was born Dec 12 05 so when she was about 6mos was summer time). This always distributed the weight pefectly, even for me. I'm a 5'9" overweight woman - last weigh in was 249lbs - and it was still very comfortable.Customer Review: Love this carrier!

I absolutely love this carrier. I admit, I tried a cheap knock off soft carrier and it was so uncomfortable for both me and my baby. She cried in that one, but she loves the Bjorn. I also like the material on this one. It's nice and cool for hot days in the Keys, which is pretty much year round! This carrier is great on my back and it's very easy to adjust. Highly recommend this carrier!
