Customer Review: The spoon cold be more narrow.

The plate/bowl is great. A lot wider than I expected, but has a nice no slip grip on the bottom. The spoon handles are a great size and very easy to hold, but the actual spoon part was a little bit too wide for our 15 mth old to fit in her mouth. The spoons had a good depth to scoop up food, but our daughter couldn't fit her mouth around the spoon without opening it really wide, so she ended up "sipping" out of the spoon instead. Otherwise, the set is well made and easy to clean. Will probably work best for an older child with a wider mouth than our little girls. But, then again, if the kid was older, then the spoon handles would be too short, 'cause right now they fit her hands perfectly. Customer Review: Plate is good but spoons are the best we've tried

I don't really have complaints one way or another about the plate. I think the design makes it easy for toddlers to scoop food and it does have a rubber edging on the bottom that creates some traction. I have had this plate for months and only recently realized the white part of the plate snaps out of the base after our housekeeper left it out to dry. My little one picks up his plate from time to time so not having a suction base is no biggie. If you have a habitual plate thrower then I could see why someone would need another plate. The spoons on the other hand are great! The hand grip is big enough for akward hands that lack full control of fine motor skills. The spoon is also curved just enough to hold food better, more so than some other spoons we've tried that seem to be too flat, but not too much either. The edging of the spoon is also thin enough for babies or toddlers to be able to scoop food on their own. (I have a drawer full of spoons that I bought, the baby used once, and we've never used again based on the edging of the spoon being too thick to really get under the food well enough to scoop, even for an adult!). Overall, I really like this plate and spoon set and plan to get another one in a different color.Customer Review: Confused

I am very disappointed with the misleading marketing of this item stating that it is BPA free. The code on the bottom of the plate shows a #7, which is one of the plastics made out of polycarbonate that can leach BPA. So I am confused as to why this product is marketed as being BPA free?Customer Review: Great bowl for toddler learning to feed themselves

Product is great, and makes it easy for my daughter to trap the food with her spoon. Doesn't seem to be imortant to suction on to anything, and works well just as is. The spoons are a little wider than I would expect, but the shape of the handle fits well in her hands.

This has become my favorite plate for feeding my 8-month-old. I love the rounded edges for scooping up the last bites, and it's big enough to fit a lot of food. Looks great too! The gripping on the bottom helps to keep it in place so I can use one hand. I thought it was a bit pricey for a feeding plate but I believe it's worth it and plan on getting another one or two.
