I've used the same carrier for both of my children. It's very comfortable and really easy to use once you get used to the concept of where the attachment clips are. I've even managed once or twice to remove myself from the carrier and lay my daughter down for her nap once she'd fallen asleep on me. I've gone on long walks, cooked dinner, even folded laundry with my daughter in this carrier.
The start-up price is a little steep, but it's such a long-lasting product, it was WELL worth it for me. After almost daily use with two kids, it's still not faded or stretched.
It's also very adjustable - both my husband and I can use it, and I'm significantly smaller/shorter than him. He's 6'4" and 200 pounds, and with the adjustable straps he can make it fit quite comfortably.
