This pump is very easy to use and put together. I have used mine for 3 months and have never had a problem. It only takes 5-10 minuates to do the job and has never caused me any discomfort. I also just love all the products that go along with this pump from the bottles to the storage containers this is the best system out there.Customer Review: Best Manual Pump Available

I tried several pumps before buying this one. It's much easier to use, no tired arms, and it's more comfortable than most. You have to read the directions carefully regarding assembly and cleaning but it's not rocket science. It came with instructions in multiple languages so I've even purchased it for friends overseas.

I was using a single hand-held electric pump and found it to be uncomfortable and extremely loud. I purchased the VIA isis breast pump. On my first try, it took longer than expected to get suction. After a few sessions, I've learned how to get suction more quickly and express milk more quickly, comfortably and quietly.Customer Review: Just as good as my eletric

I just bought this pump and am amazed at how well it worked. The first time using it I was able to pump about 1 oz in 5 minutes! Very comprable to the output I see with my electric pump. I didn't have very good results with the let down shield, but once I removed it the pump worked like a charm.

I've been trying to use this thing for 5 months. Finally I melted it in attempt to clean it. Anway, If you only want to pump an oz after a half hour by all means buy it. My LLL contact said I was using it properly, but for a lack of a better term it was a piece of crap. I stongly reccomend not buying this!
