The Avent 8 oz. Nurser is compatable with your Avent ISIS Breast Pump. Kit includes replacement bases that are sturdy enough to reuse up to 3 times while being affordable enough to dispose of after just one use. Dispose or reuse - it is up to you. Pump directly into the 8 oz. bases and snap the lid on. Bases are great for storage whether your at home or on the go. I received this kit as a shower gift, and the via is definitely my favorite bottle. They are great for tossing into the diaper bag - I usually use the adapter with one bottle and then put extra formula in a second. They occasionally leak while mixing, but only when the lid or adapter is on crooked or the bottle is over-filled, both of which are easy to solve and have not happened any more frequently with these than any other bottle I've used. I've never had a problem with it leaking in the bag, even after tipping over. I'm also using them to store baby food. I like that they are marked off in ounces and milliliters (unlike many other freezer containers of comparable size) so I know how much food is in each container. I like that they can stack. But the thing I like most (and the reason I give 5 stars) is that the shape/design is wonderful. They are SOOO easy to clean. Unlike every other bottle I've ever seen, I can actually get my hand/sponge/washrag inside and scrub it just like any other cup.
