This is a breast pump attachment review. I will say the word "boobs". Get over it. This didn't fix our problem. Without getting to graphic...these did not fit as per the instructions I received and my entire nipple was pulled down into the shaft. It also didn't fit around my actual breast. I'm going to end up having a professional fitting. So much for do-it-yourself lactation! :DCustomer Review: they are worth the investment

This product really helped out with engorgement- espically because I was unable to breast feed right away due to our child having to go back to the hospital at 3 days old for a week- right when my milk came in. The horns themselves are not larger- but the "tube" where your nipples go into is larger. I would recommend this for larger breasted women/larger nipples.Customer Review: not any more comfortable

Product descriptions said that these may make pumping more comfortable, but they are made of the same hard plastic as the regular flanges. The size difference doesn't seem to change the results either. Oh well, I have an extra set for when I don't have time to wash the first set right away, but the reducing inserts are pretty much useless.Customer Review: Ok, I guess

The flanges that came with my pump were too small so i ordered these which were the next size up and they were a little too big but ok. Even with the handsfree bra, i still had to hold them close because of the extra space. so, it didnt fit me like i needed it to, but may be perfect for the next woman of course. Sturdy and easy to clean.Customer Review: While nice to have the extra set, I don't get any more milk

I bought these to see if bigger horns helped me get more milk. They do not. The inserts are a joke--totally useless and annoying. The larger horns are convenient for when my regular ones are dirty, but are no more or less comfortable and I get the same amount of milk, if not a little less.
