These bottles are amazing. I am surprised there aren't more bottles out there like these.

Special disk can be bought so they can be used in a bottle warmer

When it comes to increased flow, you have to buy a whole new bottle, not just new nipples.
If you loose a part, you are kind of screwed.
The flow rate is a bit heavier than you would think. If you are breastfeeding, I would only use a slow flow nipple. The medium flow is equal to a fast flow on a playtex nurser system.
Getting used to a bottles with venting systems is something learned with time, all bottles with venting systems on the bottom of the bottle can be very very touchy with venting. Other bottles I have used with venting systems would do thing like, not venting if the inside of the vent it wet, or leaking because they went wasn't fully dry at the time the bottle was made, ect. I have NOT had this problem with these bottles. They vent all the time, no matter what, as well as no leaking issues either.
You need to make sure that the cap is on all the way, and the nipple is positioned correctly or the fluid will leak into the cap when turned upside down. Not really enough to be mentioned though.
Overall I LOVE these bottles, and so does my son!
