These blankets are so great, and so worth the price. I love the versatile use - cover up, towel, blanket, swaddler. The large size is perfect because my baby was born a little big so I had trouble swaddling her in normal-sized receiving blankets. The soft, breathable, muslin fabric is fantastic. Absolutely the best thing ever! I received as a 4pk as a gift & went back and bought another 4pk. I have used these every day/night...naps & bedtime. Also used as a cover when nursing - the nursing covers are to heavy & hot - especially in the summer! Worked great as a cover over the stroller/infant carrier. Pricey but worth every penny! They wash up great and a still soft 1 year later - my son is now 1 & we still use these!!!!Customer Review: Expensive 2-ply cheese cloth

That's what this really is. The pretty pattern is on only one side. It it relatively soft because it is made out of 2 layers of the cheesecloth - very loosely woven thread. So I wonder how well it will hold through multiple washes. The presentation is beautiful and it would make a lovely present to the parents. Customer Review: Seems like there would be more products like this, but this is THE one.

My friend who has a 3 month old daughter was using these to swaddle her baby. The muslin looked very soft and the colors subtle and cute, so I decided to get these for my son. At 5 months old I wasn't swaddling him anymore, but I used it for playtime on the floor and diaper changes. I was a little concerned about throwing it in the crib with him, since they are kind of wide and I could see an infant getting it wrapped around his head. Now at 7 months, I'm more comfortable with him taking it to his crib, and this is his favorite blanket--he has one for home and one for daycare. Although I did find him sitting upright in his crib once, with this wrapped around his head, just as I feared. But I trust that since he's mobile, he can get himself out of it if he had to. Overall excellent swaddling blanket for very young infants, and also infants who are able to use their arms to move the fabric away from their faces.
PS Also gave this as a baby gift to another girlfriend--she loves it and her adorable baby is always swaddled in one.

My baby absolutely loves these. I currently have 8. We take them everywhere. At first I thought they were a bit expensive but I am happy with them. They are soft and durable. You won't regret.
