I had an issue with mine, it shorted out or something. Just got a bad one. I was going to call and have it replaced, but with the new baby, just did not have the time. When I posted my review, they contacted me and offered to replace it! Talk about going above and beyond. In a day with such poor customer service, this was wonderful! Looking forward to my new one, as it is an ingenious product, that does make "Testing" the water a bit easier, when alone and giving the baby a bath.Customer Review: Great safety and convenience product

This product is great - we use it daily when bathing our kids and it makes it very convenient to run the bath. My hands are often cold, so I can't always tell what is too hot/not hot enough, but with the digital thermometer, you just watch for the right temp and keep the water running at that temp.
Great product that I would recommend for anyone with kids - well worth the money.

I love this product--it makes it easy to see what the temperature is and takes some stress out of bathtime. It's also unobtrusive so you can still use the bathtub and shower normally. My husband was skeptical about it, but then he used it. When I took it off, he said he NEEDED it to give our 4 month old a bath. We received this as a gift and were glad we did. We never would have bought it for ourselves, but were very impressed with how easy it was to set up and use. We've been giving it to first time parents as a shower gift. The only problem has been our older child liking the display so much she keeps turning the water back on to see the colors!Customer Review: NEW?REALLY?

I can not believe the shape this prodcut came in. It was sold to me as "NEW" and well you can see the pictures of what they call "NEW". I returned the same day I got it and was told I will be charged a Re stock fee of 15% of my $65.00 dollars. What a waste .
