Customer Review: Not Worth The Money
Summary: 2 Stars

This tub is a wonderful idea but a poor execution. The water runs right over the LED screen -- which is not water tight. So even if you can get the unit to work (ours did not, even with a change of batteries, all we could get was the message screen) water will eventually leak into the unit and cause it to fail.

The tub is large for a "baby" baby, and the overflow hole needs to be larger. The unit is also HUGE and clunky. The "backrest" is made of flimsy styrofoam material and chunks of it can be removed at the slightest nick of a fingernail.

I was excited to get this tub, but bummed when it proved to be such a poor design, which ultimately failed. We still use the tub, but removed the batteries (which were a shock hazard) and use an instant-read thermometer to gauge the temp. I could have done the same thing with a far, far cheaper tub.

Don't waste your money.

Customer Review: Love This Tub!
Summary: 4 Stars

I would recommend this tub to any parent! This gives me peace of mind when it comes to bathing my son in the right temperature. He likes being around 98.5 range and cries otherwise. It fits every sink that I know of..I love the constant flow of clean water and it drains easily.

The only con's that I have are that the first one we had lasted about 2 months and gave out..the tub would turn on in the middle of the night and just beep and beep. When we would try to use it to bathe Mannix it wouldn't want to turn on. We returned it and got another one and haven't had any problems with it since. Another con is that you will need to buy a little foam support for your newborn because they will slide all over the place! My son is 3 months old and still slips around in the tub and he's 15 lbs. I wouldn't really say that is a con though because the sponge is only about $4.

Customer Review: Excellent Buy!
Summary: 5 Stars

We have used this tub since our son's first bath at home (he is now 4.5 months) and it has served us beautifully. We have a double basin sink in our kitchen and the tub slides right in and is fairly stable (once he's in the tub it doesn't really move at all). The temp gauge is great, and the tub design allows the tub water temperature to stay regulated. You can open up or plug particular drainage areas if you are concerned about the water height in the tub. Our son loves's bath-time, so I have to assume the tub is very comfy for him, he kicks and splashes and we haven't had any problems with him flipping over, or the tub sloshing around.

When he was younger we put another towel along his back to keep him stable, but I'm not sure how necessary that was (we're slightly anxious first time parents so we go overboard sometimes). I highly HIGHLY recommend!

Customer Review: Excellent bath tub
Summary: 4 Stars

I have used this tub for the last 4 months and it has really been wonderful. It is not exactly "green" since you leave the water flowing all the time, but as a new mom, I really appreciated the constant water temp (besides my baby really liked to watch the running water anyway). It fit perfectly in my kitchen sink (a double sink). Before I had my son, I had thought I would bathe him in the tub and just lay this in there, but the kitchen sink is much better for your back!

Only down side is that he's now growing out of it at 4 months (but he is a huge baby - he wears 9 month plus clothes) so I think it would fit an average size baby until they are ready to go in the big tub. Now that I've tried to bathe him without this tub, I really miss it! It is a little pricier than some of the others out there but it is well worth it.

Customer Review: good bath tub
Summary: 4 Stars

Relative to other bathtub products, this tub deserves the top score. However, I gave 4/5 stars because there is room for improvement. Nevertheless, I recommend this tub to others

Highlights: fresh water feature is wonderful for keeping water clean and keeping water at a comfortable temperature, built in thermometer, small storage caddies

Improvement needed:
1) need insert or other option for small babies (my baby is 8 weeks, average size, and slides all over the place requiring two people to bathe her: one to hold her and one to wash)
2) add second drain / overflow hole. The one existing hole sometimes gets blocked by baby or wash cloth causing water level to rise
3) increase reservoir opening. our tub spout pours half into the baby tub and half into surrounding tub
