Bought this (as well as the monkey & zebra) to house various larger toys that don't fit in our smaller square canvas cubbies. I was specifically looking for toy storage that wasn't plastic (tired of our plastic containers breaking from use & abuse). These are made of heavy canvas, which makes them durable. The felt seems to be high quality and sewn well. They do stand up on their own, even without any rods. And if it's possible, they are even cuter than the picture. Dimensions are correct.
