I bought this item for an airplane trip. I searched several stores before buying this one. I decided it was worth spending the extra money since the material felt thicker, it included straps to use as a backpack and it was on wheels. The salesman also told me he didn't think the airlines would tear this one. He was wrong! After only the first flight, the bottom of the bag had two large tears. Even though the airline is paying to replace the bag, it is a big inconvenience to have to repace it every time I fly. If you only fly occasionally the bag may be ok for you. Also, I would recommend that you gate check it instead of checking it in at the counter.Customer Review: Great Idea

We loved this thing. We took with us on our trip last month (we checked it) and it was fabulous. I'm kind of bummed over the rips, but thanks to the previous reviewers, it was expected. I will definitely used the duct tape recommendation. Loved the fact I could carry it on my back while pushing the stroller. I was a bit hesitant over the weight of the carseat because I have a bad back, but this product relieves all the stress. My baby seems heavier! Completely perplexed over the person who thought they can roll it down the airplane aisle. That's a no-brainer. Those aisles are unbelievably skinny, of course you would have to carry it.

This item was great. We have Britax Marathon and it fit well enough for us to cram in a Jumbo size bag of Pampers. My husband and I (as usual) overpacked, and between lugging the luggage and our squirming toddler, we used both the backpack straps and the wheels. My husband was able to adjust the straps to fit his large frame and I was able to adjust them to fit my much shorter, petite size. On the return flight, we checked it and except for a few scratches, it weathered very well.I would definitely recommend this to any parent who will have his/her hands full before, during and after an adventure with a child and the airlines!

I travel in airports alone a lot with my daughter and this has been a lifesaver. We travel mostly to cold climates from Chicago so we always have winter coats also and they fit in with the Britax Marathon Car Seat that I have. I always buy a seat for my 17 month old so I take it on the plne with me and the wheels help me when I also have the stroller and bags and all the other stuff you need!!! I gave it 4 stars just because I can see where it could tear easily, but still love it and have bought 2 (only because I misplaced one)!!! I have also put my neice's taller Komfort Kruiser booster seat in the bag and it also fits nicely!!Customer Review: great product; a life saver for travel

This is a great product for big trips or small. Traveling alone with a toddler by plane is not easy with luggage, a stroller and a car seat. This product makes it easier. You have the option to roll it along behind you or carry it on your back freeing up your hands to push a stroller. It may take a little practice to get the car seat in at first but once you've done it it's easier every time. It also holds up to airport luggage handling coming out with a few scrapes but intact and ready to roll along. I also love that it does double duty as a sun shade for the car seat keeping it cool for your little one. I highly recommend it.
